{brown sugar}

I just took a big batch of Monkey Bread out of the oven a few minutes ago - I can't wait for it to cool off so I can try a piece!  I made it in my dutch oven using this recipe (from my Pinterest recipe board) with a couple of modifications.  I tore my biscuit dough in half instead of fourths and I did not use a whole stick of butter!! That just seemed excessive.  I used 1/4 stick of soybean margarine and that was plenty!  

Update:  I have just eaten some Monkey Bread and it was delicious!  


I'm also trying out an idea for a new knitting pattern, but it is in very early stages... it may or may not work out.  We'll see : )
